Ware Historical Society Site Updates

Links are the number one way that visitors move around your site. Links increase the chance of visitors seeing more of your pages and finding additional information.  (Why is this important?)Why bother creating links if I have navigation?

Tips:

  • All pages should be linked to on the site. Pages without outbound links are dead ends for visitors.
  • Make sure you link similar pages together.
  • Avoid words like "click here" in your link. Use descriptive links that give users information on what they will find.
